Waiʻaleʻale Sarsona is a native Hawaiian woman born and raised in Waimānalo. She is a Hawaiian Immersion Charter School parent and past director of Ke Kula ʻo Samuel M. Kamakau, public charter school. Currently she serves as the director of the Kamehameha Schools Hoʻolako Like Department which supports Hawaiian-focused charter schools across the state, educating thousands of students.
